Coming in to Maine near York, you’ll begin to see incredible coastal scenery right away. Lighthouses and beaches line the shore, and you’ll want to stop and see Cape Neddick and the beach in Ogunquit on your way up north. Past the Saco Bay lies Ferry Beach State Park and the town of Old Orchard Beach. Then there’s Scarborough Beach and Crescent Beach State Park in Cape Elizabeth. You’ll find some of the best waterfront real estate available in Cape Elizabeth up through South Portland. Up to the north of Portland Maine you’ll continue to find excellent waterfront properties in Falmouth, Cumberland, and Yarmouth.The Royal River up in Yarmouth is a great place for boating, and you won’t want to miss the Portland Head Light while you’re in South Portland, and Two Lights Park which is pictured in our header. As you head up Maine along the coast, you’ll continue to find incredible views of the ocean and wildlife that will delight you. Arcadia National Park is known for the coastal views and the ability to hike up and look down on Bar Harbor in all its glory.
